    Reliance approached us last year with a proposal to be the health insurance provider for my company. They gave us a competitive quote, promptly collected the cheque for the whole year in advance, helped
    our employees get their card. Then they vanished. And Reliance Health Insurance is a third rate provider who needs to be taught the meaning of customer service.
